Returns & Refunds

 

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is dispached. If,on receipt, the goods are defective or damaged please contact us immediately. You may choose to have a refund or exchange and we will refund your postage.

Returned products that are not faulty must be in an unused condition, in the original packaging, have the invoice (that we emailed you) and returned within 28 days. We will refund the cost of the item/s.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED. You may cancel your order within the 7 day statutory cooling off period. Please read our full terms and conditions for further information.
